Terms & Conditions
Last updated 13 September 2026
These cover this website and the application on it. The terms of the program itself are in the separate written agreement you would sign before paying anything — that document governs the work, and where the two ever disagree, it wins.
Jacob Joseph, trading at The Barber Lounge, 120 N Broadway, Turlock, California (“we”, “us”). Contact: jjaybeardedbarberbiz@gmail.com.
Filling in the application is a request for a conversation. It is not a purchase, not a contract, and it obliges neither of us to anything. We may decline any application, for any reason, and often do — the form exists to find the people this is right for.
Booking a call costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Please answer honestly. The qualifying questions decide who gets offered a call, and a program bought on the strength of inaccurate answers may not be the right one. We may end an engagement where the information given was materially untrue.
“Double your prices in 30 days or you don't pay.”
[TO CONFIRM BEFORE LAUNCH — see the note at the foot of this page.] The precise conditions of this guarantee, what counts as meeting it, what a client must do to remain eligible, the window it is measured over, and how and when a refund is paid, must be set out here in full and must match the signed agreement word for word.
A guarantee is a promise about money and it is the single most likely thing on this site to be disputed. Until the clause above is completed and reviewed, do not treat anything on this website as the definitive statement of it.
Coaching and done-for-you work on pricing, positioning, content and client demand for a barbering or hairdressing business. Fees, length and what is included are agreed in writing before anything is paid.
It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting or employment advice, and nothing on this site or in the program should be relied on as any of those. Speak to a properly qualified professional for those.
What you charge, who you employ and how you run your business are your decisions and your responsibility. We advise; you decide. You are responsible for your own taxes, licences, insurance, and for complying with the rules of your state, your board and any shop or landlord you work under.
Beyond the written guarantee and its stated conditions, no particular result is promised. See the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
The videos, written material, the downloadable guide and the method described here belong to Jacob Joseph. You may read them, keep them and use them in your own business. You may not republish, resell, or present them as your own, and you may not use them to build a competing program.
If you book a call, please attend it or move it. Repeatedly missing calls without notice may mean we decline to reschedule again.
This site links to YouTube, Instagram and a booking service. Those are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost clients, arising from this site or from acting on anything in it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have actually paid us.
Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms may change; the date at the top will change with them. Continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Stanislaus County, California have jurisdiction.
Note for the site owner — remove before launch.
This document was drafted to fit how this funnel actually works, but it was not written by a lawyer and has not been reviewed by one. Two things need attention before it protects anybody:
1. The guarantee clause above is deliberately unfinished. It is a promise to refund money and it must be written to match the signed agreement exactly. 2. Have a California attorney read this page, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer together — you are running paid advertising, collecting phone numbers, sending automated texts, and publishing income figures. Each of those carries its own rules.
