What is and isn't being promised

Last updated 13 September 2026

This page exists because this site shows income figures and makes a guarantee. Both deserve to be explained plainly rather than buried.

Earnings

The income figures shown on this site are Jacob Joseph's own. They are one person's results, in one market, and they are not typical, not average, and not a prediction of what you will earn.

Where monthly figures or screenshots appear — on this website or in the downloadable guide — they are Jacob's own earnings after eight years in the trade. They include income from brand partnerships and product sales, not only from cutting hair. A barber who applies the same method should not expect the same mix of income, and should not expect the same total.

No typical or average client result exists, because Jacob Joseph has not previously run a paid coaching program. The first group of clients will be the first people through it. That is stated openly in the emails and on the site, and it should factor into your decision.

What you earn depends on your market, your skill, your starting price, your existing client base, how much work you put in, and a good deal of luck. Most people who read a guide or watch a video do not act on it, and those who do not act get no result at all.

The guarantee

A written guarantee is offered and it means what it says, subject to the conditions set out in the Terms & Conditions and in the agreement signed before any payment is made. It is the only promise of a result made anywhere on this site. Nothing else here — no video, no email, no figure, no case study — should be read as a promise of anything.

Testimonials and case studies

Where a person appears on this site describing their experience, it is their genuine unscripted account, given without payment. Their result is theirs. It does not indicate what you or anyone else will achieve, and it is not a typical result, because no typical result exists yet.

Not professional advice

Everything here concerns growing a barbering business — pricing, positioning, content and client demand. None of it is financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, medical or employment advice, and none of it should be relied on as a substitute for a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Raising your prices, changing how you're paid, hiring, or restructuring how you work all have financial and tax consequences that depend on your circumstances. Talk to an accountant or an attorney about yours.

Forward-looking statements

Where this site describes what might happen — what a price change could be worth over a year, what closing a gap might produce — those are illustrations and opinions, not forecasts, and not guarantees. The arithmetic you are invited to do in the guide uses your own numbers, and its answer is only as good as the assumptions you put into it.

Not affiliated

This site is not part of, nor endorsed by, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram), Google, YouTube, or any other platform on which it may be advertised. All trademarks belong to their owners.

Brands named as past collaborations are described as exactly that — previous professional work. None of them endorse this program.

Your decision

Nobody should buy anything on the strength of a video. If you take a call, ask hard questions and expect straight answers. If it isn't right for you, you will be told so on the call — that is how the qualifying questions and this page are meant to work together.
